When Clients communicate a complaint to the Provider, the Provider responds within 10 days and seeks to resolve the complaint entirely within 10 days if the nature of the complaint permits it.
The provider will make a reasonable effort to resolve the clients' complaints or questions, and where it is unable to do so, it will attempt to explain why it is unable to do so.
If Clients consider a matter that remains unresolved, Clients may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) (http://oaic.gov.au).
